籾殻くん炭

籾殻くん炭を作っています。
写真(上)はくん炭機です。初心者でも失敗することなく、綺麗な籾殻くん炭を作ることができますが、一度に作れる量は少な目です。
写真(下)は籾殻の山に煙突をさして燃やしています。一度に沢山作ることができますが、消火に失敗すると灰になってしまうので、注意が必要です。
調子が悪く、今後の回復が見込めないブドウの樹を切りました。
写真は樹齢14年の瀬戸ジャイアンツです。シャインマスカットに改植します。
[Rice Husk Charcoal]
We are making rice husk charcoal.
The first fhoto shows the charcoal-making machine. Although it only can produce a small amount of charcoal, beginners can also make it without failing.
There is also another method. You put a chimney in the pile of rice husks and burn then(second photo). You can make a lot of at a time, yet if you fail to extinguish the fire, rice husk becomes ash. Therefore, we have to be careful.
In addition, we have cut down a grapevine that has been in a bad condition and cannot hope for a recovery. The last photo shows a 14-year-old grapevine of Seto Giants. We will replant it with Shine Muscat grapevine.
